Erin Emmett is a celebrated chef who has earned her stripes in the pastry world. With a career that has taken her through some of the most rigorous apprenticeships and positions in Paris, New York, Las Vegas and San Francisco, Erin is a master of macarons, connoisseur of chocolates and dedicated to doughnuts! Most recently, Erin catered luxury events for tech giants in Silicon Valley before moving back to the East Coast to launch Sweet Pistachio: an artisanal outlet for her fine dining experience and inventive approach to desserts.
